Sorry to hear that, glad your ok, I love bikes but i am sadden that no one has any compashion for the poor dog.
Hes probably still suffering and will die soon, I would kill the person who ran my dog over and had no regard to look for him or attempt to see if he was around and needed help. After you looked out for urself of course, after you found yourself to be ok then help should be attented to the dog imo. Guess its just the kind of person i am : /
