Thanks, Jammer & NateW. Yeah, I had heard the term, but hadn't caught the (1000 & 1500 mile) parameters. I'm thinkin' it'll be a while before I'm ready to try that.
But I do know there are a couple of clubs hereabouts; even a couple of guys at work who ride cruisers, So I'm sure I'll get to put the VN900 through its paces. (But gradually, while I learn the ropes.)
