C-50 Cooling Q The radiator fan on the 2006 C-50T I have seems to be running more often lately while cruising.
The fan does cycle on and off though.
The temps here in the early evenings (my favorite riding time) stay around 68 to 73 degrees.
I read that fuel injected motorcycles do run somewhat hotter.
I did check the coolant level while hot and topped it up with a 50\50 mix.
The radiator has no air blockages as far as I can see.
The motor also seems "mechanically loose" when warm.
I've never owned a water cooled bike, maybe I'm just comparing how this runs to an automotive type engine.
Sooo.. the question would be; Does a fan running a lot while cruising at speed indicate a problem with the bike?
