My 2002 Yamaha V-Star 1100 is not shifting smoothly. It seems the clutch is not fully disengaging the gears.

A couple times it got stuck in 1st gear for a while. The problem seems to come and go. Sometimes it shifts fine and other times I can barely get it to shift at all.

Any advice would be appreciated.
