ok, i assume everyone here has seen the endless 1-post 'members' with their auto-spam messages. seems signing up for accounts is easy enough that spam-bots are able to register and flood this forum with CRAP. well, more crap than i am personally contributing, which in anyone's books ends up being too much crap.

is this getting out of hand to the point that sign-ups need to be tightened? or new security measures put in? ideas on said measures? my first thought would be to ask the new user to recognize a colour and write what it is or pick from a list by code, because maybe the swirly numbers schemes are already hacked.
