Me being conservative about speed is another reason why I wanted my own bike...my boyfriend, his brother, and thier dad are little speed demons and they like to rip around at 100+ mph...not me! I start freaking out about what might happen if I hit a patch of gravel, pothole, etc.
I like having control of my bike, not the other way around!
That's another reason why I'm tossing the idea around of going to a track school...I'd like to ride faster, but I want the right training so that I will know how to still ride "smart"...even though I'd be going much faster. |
I'm the same way. I freak myself out all the time, at what
could be on the road - LOL! I can't see myself zigzagging through cars at 100+ speeds, but I'd like the confidence of knowing that I had the skill to do so, which is why I want to go to track school as well.
