I just bought my first bike...1995 Suzuki Savage 650....

I've been having problems starting the bike in the mornings...it is cold...about 35F.

I noticed that 2 tubes are leaking alot of gas when I start it up...now I'm starting to think that it is probably not the safest thing to be happening to the bike...but I'm new at this...so is this normal?

I believe they are the breather tubes of the floatchamber...not sure?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
