mmmm, not so much...
I've seen more than a few of the stunters in t-shirts and jeans on that show. Last nights show, for example, the guy on the R1 had full leathers and Britton had a riding jacket, all others had their promotional mechanic-style shirts and jeans while doing stunts after the R1 had its run. The only gear they had while stunting were helmets and maybe 1 or 2 with gloves.
I will watching the show now and then just to check out the bikes, but some of those episodes rate too high on the
squid-o-meter for me.
