sounds like the starter isnt getting any power. make sure the started circuit is completed, sometimes its as easy as forgetting to pull the clutch while starting, best thing i can tell you is to get a wiring diagram for your bike, or if possible, even get one for just the starter circuit. then check it on the bike. good luck.
