Some 1/2 helmets have a zipoff wind curtain.
Provides some wind protection and warmth.
HJC CL 2 is a model I have, but prefer 3/4 AFX77 with faceshield.

I have used a HJC CL5 3/4 and it was a good helmet, did its job when I went down. A full face is best, have had several but broke my glasses so many times and never found a modular I felt good in.

I tried on the AFX77 and it fit me good, has removable pads.
The only thing I would like, is the addition of a VSP second visor like Nolan has.
I have not had a chance to try as not sold here.

Every head is different so it is important to try till you find one that fits right for you.
