Unless you want to buy something with a lot of miles on it, your not going to find something for under $3000 that will suit your purpose. It might be cheaper for you to buy a good snow blower for the driveway, and a smaller ATV to play on. Living in Minnesota, I have had plenty of opportunities to use both a snow blower, and an ATV with a plow. Any time you have to move more than 2 inches, the snow blower works better.
