I saw a guy just this weekend with a modulator. Amazing at how easily he was seen. I'm definately considering it for my M.
I saw the guy coming through a very congested area...while a straight hunk of road, it's very busy with people pulling on and off in this one section...I saw this guy from way off, flashing away. The flashing made me look at him...these things seem to be a VERY GOOD THING!
