I seriously doubt if Suzuki is building a GSX-R with a 2-stroke motor. I've never seen a 2-stroke that was larger than about 150ccm, and even these are rare. In the EU (and most of the US), a big-bore 2-stroke would never be allowed on the street because it would never pass an emissions test. 2-stroke motors are powerful, but very inefficient and environmentally unacceptable (constantly blowing unburned fuel and oil out the exhaust).
Now, if you are talking about a 4-stroke, 2-cylinder engine (instead of an inline-4), that's a different story. The Suzuki TL series, SV series and V-Strom are all 2-cylinder engines, but these are not Gixxers.
And yes, what Gabriel asked still applies. How much experience do you have? A 750 isn't a beginner bike.
