 Burgman 400 redline
Just got a new Burgman 400. The tachometer reads to 11,000, but shows no redline. The owner's manual does not give any information about it, either, other than 4,000 rpm max for 600 miles, and then a max of 6,000 rpm until 1,000 miles. What is the recommended redline after break-in period? Is the engine governed to not run past a predetermined rpm?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
