I"ve got one. The light weight is the biggest plus. The shield stays locked in position. It's vented pretty well. It fits me great. Parts are easy to come by. The graphic on it is beautifully done (it's a Nerve, I think).
On the negative side, it fogs pretty bad below 50 degrees. Or in the morning when it's humid.
Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and I'd get another one.
