I drive through DC to get to Arlington, VA every day ... and I live inside the B'more beltway.
... been driving to Arlington for the last 8 years .... and still almost every day I see something so stupid it amazes me, worse drivers in the world are in North VA and DC ... at least 3% are total ****ing morons, with less then 100 IQ, no question about it. When I ride, I figure every cager is out to kill me, and 'round here I'm probably not wrong in thinking that.
