I have a black Shoei RF1000 and couldn't be happier. The RF1000 is light, well ventilated, really comfortable, and best of all the wind noise is much better than my last full face. Can't really answer the "watertight" question since i haven't used it in the rain yet. Besides the price I can't really find any cons.
