Just because it was seen, does not mean it was read.
Just because it was read, does not mean it was understood.
Just because it was understood, does not mean that it was applied.
How many times have we seen the "Yea, but I'm different" postings?
This doesn't mean we should give up trying, but it does mean that we can never have 100% success. Some people are simply destined to become Darwin Award candidates. You can't protect people from their own stupidity.
