It stopped to let some kids out. A little girl who was about 7 or so turned and saw me, and started pointing at me and yelling at her friends (who were still getting off the bus), 'look at the motorcycle!' I waved at them and she started jumping up and down, lol.
Then tonight I was fueling up, and a car pulled in. 2 or 3 little kids about 6 or so got out, and one saw me and started yelling "LOOK AT THE MOTORCYCLE! GUYS LOOK!! That's a nice motorcycle!" lol, it was hilarious. I was just finishing fueling up, so I started it up and gave a quick rev and they all screamed. I love little kids! lol, anybody else get this? |
This is my first year riding and I noticed that with the little kids right away. It feels like you are making their day. The other thing I really enjoy is all the other bike riders who wave. Feels like I made 100's of new friends just by buying a bike! The funny thing is, being my first year, I started waving back by just knodding my head (I wasn't letting go of those handlebars), Then I moved up to lifting my fingers up while keeping most of my hand on the clutch, and now I have graduated to "the wave". I probably left a few guys thinking "what a bas@#rd", can't even wave" in the beginning!
