CruiserCustomising matched prices...I had a good experience with them. However, some members are reporting they are not as willing to match prices as willingly anymore. (They bought a new facility.....light bill and all to pay now
.) But, with me, same thing, they said they couldn't match the price, but gave me a slightly lower number than their list price. When I thanked them for their time and said I would look elsewhere, another e-mail showed up sometime later matching the price. A.) That discourages the competition from shopping them and wasting their time. B.) They hope to discourage you from pursuing the lower price, and you'll agree to a higher price if they are the only retailer with the item in question. (Old retail trick. Salesman makes an offer, customer replies with, "What do you think I'm stupid?" Answer. "No sir. I don't think you're stupid, but just in case you were, I didn't want to miss you.")
Like I said, some S-B members have been having luck, some haven't. Be patient.
Also, try Dennis Kirk. If they have it in stock. They'll match it.
