I bought a vacuum bleeder. It still sits in the box. They aren't all that. Some systems take a LONG time to get all of the air out of them. That's just the way it is. I did a bleed job on an '87 Ninja that took a couple of hours to get good pressure. And I know WTF I am doing. Yeah, it f-ing sucked. My 1100 racebike was the same way, albeit new lines, calipers, cylinder etc. Even AFTER using the vacuum bleeder. I did it by hand. Let me ask you this, did you bleed the BANJO bolts? Especially the one off the master reservoir? How about the caliper bolts?
