I personally have the Cobra Fatty Bars on my VL1500LC (same as the C90). The bars are 1.5" diameter and they look sharp on the bike. I got Metric Thunder to do a custom clamp package with pegs and all from Kuryaken and I love 'em!!!!
The bars come close to dragging but I have always dragged my floorboards first everytime. I don't know how close the bars are from dragging but the thing I am always careful of are the highway pegs. If they are out then I feel they might drag. So I always make sure my pegs are up except when on the interstate.
