As to the stickers. I think the tank one is clear coated on but the others on the rear and front plastics you should be able to WD-40 off and then Goof Off the rest, same with the frame. Just be carefull with the Goof Off as you would want to use it lightly. Post that give the area a wash and then slap some wax on the area to protect it.
