I have the Tsukayu Strong bags on my C50. Lowering the bike will not affect the fit. If I had it to do over again, I'd order the Patrol bags or the National Cycle bags. The Strong Bags fiberglass is nice and the bags are big, but the hinges and locks are pretty crappy on the strong bags. I had to attach additional latches just so the locked bags wouldn't flop open over bumps. The Tsukayu price includes the generic mounting brackets that require some fitting and drilling. The National Cycle bags have much better hardware, but the price doesn't include the mounts - which are for the specific bike.
