You only paid $5.00? Here in WV it costs $50.00 but is worth every penny. I've been riding for over 25 years off and on, and just took the course again because it had been 7 or 8 years since I had a bike. Also because passing the course exempts me from the riding test for the license endorsement and saves me a bunch on my insurance.
