We are having the same issues our 93 RM250 'after' we cleaned the carburetor. The idle screw wont do a darn thing so we were thinking maybe we damaged the slide or cleaned a rubber grommet into submission. A person on another forum suggested that sometimes a wearing crank seal will cause the idle to become non-tuneable.
