The oil in the gearbox needs to be a good quality motorcycle gearbox oil. In the manual it says you can use standard oil. But from racing MX for the last 23 years I have learned that a good quality motorcycle gearbox oil which is designed for a constant mesh gearbox like all MX bikes have is the way to go. Golden Spectro, Motul, Bel-Ray etc etc are all top quality. Also note that you should not "add oil" to the gearbox. It is not a matter of just adding it because you dont see any oil. The gearbox is designed to hold 750ml and if you put more than that in the bike you risk blowing a crank seal which is as bad as it gets.

As for coolant you can mix Distilled water and an Aluminum friendly Antifreeze 50/50. Mix it in a clear jug and get as close to 50/50 as you can for best cooling results.
