So I decided to go with the Suzuki GS500e. Ended up paying $1900 for it but the guy threw in a free helmet with it so I guess its not that bad of a deal. I looooooove the bike. I know its not as flashy or as fast as some of the bikes that I saw while browsing through the forums but as a first bike i think its wonderful. Not so fond of the color though but oh well. So far all I did was sit on it and try to balance myself while moving the bike with my feet. Since I dont have insurance or driving permit yet I'm not taking the risk of driving around, plus I dont want to drop the bike. One of my friends is gonna help me out with the driving lessons so in about a week or two i'll be up and running with confidence. Here's a pic of the bike:

I must admit having a bike is an experience like no other. it feels so liberating and exhilirating. I just love the sound it makes, and the sheer raw power that it possesses. Makes me almost glad I was born a male. I know females can also enjoy a bike...ok i dont wanna open up that can of worms lol. I cant wait to give it a go and see what the bike can really do. As far as being the first bike I ever rode on and owned I would highly recommend it to all the novices out there. Its a perfect mix of style, power, weight, and affordability.

Well I dont wanna bore you guys anymore. I wanted to thanks all you guys for the sound advice, and this site is awesome as well.
