You can probably find high intensity blue LED's on E-Bay. I think blue accents on that bike would look good. I have been working with electronics and wiring my whole life so it wasn't too hard for me. It was tedious and time consuming and still took well over an hour, and I was working at a prety fast pace. I had to remove my seat and my tank (ended up stratching my frame and having to touch it up) If you know of somebody that is good with a soldering iron and wiring I'd have them give you a hand. Also they probably have bike lighting kits on e-bay but I have a hard time spending $50 if I can make something for $5 I bet the blue would light up a lot better.
